Cellars at ground level, as so often in the wine-growing areas, and the living space above : a double series of steps lead up to the covered balconies in front of each of the two dwellings. For there are two : the first has a salon with fireplace, and French windows opening onto the garden, and then a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Original features such as ceiling beams and terracotta floor-tiles have been retained. The second dwelling is smaller : living room with corner kitchen, bedroom and shower room/WC. Oil central heating in both dwellings. A large stone-built barn completes the constructions. The courtyard in front of the house has lawns, shrubs and mature trees, plus a well, while behind the house is mostly meadows.
